LLC "Assa" have built their activity on employees’ health and labour safety in accordance with the requirements of Single management system for labour protection in the Republic of Dagestan, oil industry.
Employees' health and safety is given first priority in the activity and management of labour protection. Main objective in the works on the system for management of labour protection is to create safe and sound labour condition to increase effectiveness of production improve product quality and ensure the protection of employees’ health and working capacity in the process of work. LLC "Assa" ’s activity in this system has been directed to the solution of the following issues: • improvement of organization of works in the sphere of labour protection at all levels of production management; • teaching workers safe methods of work; • ensuring the safety of production equipment and production processes; • following the requirements of labour protection at the stages of designing construction of production purpose objects and putting them into operation; • maintaining buildings and rooms in normal condition; • maintaining sanitary and technical norms for labour conditions; • providing workers with protective clothing individual and collective means of protection; • providing workers sanitary and everyday services; • timely and proper investigation into and keeping record of accidents in production sites ensuring the removal of causes of their occurrence; • strengthening the labour and production discipline; • ensuring that workers follow the requirements of rules norms and instruction on labour safety; • increasing responsibility of managing and engineering-technical workers for labour protection.
